Great words by all, however, Sen. Tim Green really hit home, with words regarding " with these residents scattered all over, how much is it going to cost to send each of them to a Dentist, therapy, etc. for transportation costs.

Over $20 million of the $25.4 million BHC was from earned Federal Funds. Scattered neighborhood placements to compete with that for scale and effectiveness? I think not.
